You will need to complete the appropriate Local Authority form online, available at the link below using Bridgend County Borough Council's My Account portal. You will need to register to use this service.
Additionally, you also need to complete a Cwmfelin Primary School admission form for our records, which you can download below, or collect from the school office.: This form needs to be returned to the school.
