Eco Schools
During the academic year 2022-23, Cwmfelin will continue to develop an eco-aware ethos. We aim drive change and improve environmental awareness, whilst getting projects back on track following the Covid pandemic.
Our committee will involve staff, pupils, parents and governors who will work together to develop our school, local and global environments.
Cwmfelin maintain Platinum status!
In September 2017 Cwmfelin achieved the Platinum Award for Eco Schools. This is the highest achievement. We work every year to maintain and renew our Platinum status and we have held on to it. Our next Platinum Award review will be in early 2023.
Our Eco Committee have been busy completing an Environmental Review of our school. We review all ten topics and what our school is doing to work towards these. This helps us to establish our schools action plan for the year.
