Medication
If your child needs to take medication, parents are welcome to come to the school by prior arrangement to administer it. If you are unable to do this, we will do our best to help. Should you wish to request that a member of staff supports your child to self-administer the medication, or for a member of staff to give the medication to a younger pupil, an authorisation form must be completed. Please see below, or request a paper copy at the school office. NB: Only prescribed medication can be administered and it must be provided in the original packaging / bottle and contain a prescription label.
