Welcome to Cwmfelin Primary School. We are a caring, inclusive school where every child is valued and encouraged to be the very best they can be. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to providing a safe, happy and inspiring learning environment, built on high expectations, tolerance and mutual respect.

Together, we work in close partnership with our pupils, families and the wider community to nurture confident learners. We strive to instil resilience, independence and ambition in our children, enabling them to develop a love of learning and the skills they need for the future. We want our pupils to grow into hard‑working, thoughtful and responsible individuals, who are proud to be valued citizens of Wales and the wider world.

Strong relationships between school and home are vital in supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and overall development. We operate an open‑door policy and warmly welcome parents and carers to play an active role in school life, working in partnership with us to ensure every child feels supported, valued and ready to succeed. We are proud of our school and the positive ethos that runs through it.
