Cwmfelin Uniform Store Order Form
Please complete this order form if you wish to order online from the Cwmfelin Uniform Store.



Cwmfelin Primary's Uniform Store is open every Friday from 3:00p.m. in the green container next to the Reception Classroom,
where you can obtain NEW or PRELOVED Cwmfelin branded and plain uniform items in school colours.

There is no requirement to donate uniform when taking items and there is no charge for this service.

If you are unable to visit the Uniform Store in person, please complete the online order form and your order (subject to stock) will be collated on the next Uniform Store opening date and then sent home with your child. 
Donations of unwanted uniform in good condition can be dropped off on Fridays in person, sent to school with your child
or dropped off to Mr Desmond in Class 2.
